摘要:
目的:观察反置微创内固定系统治疗A3型股骨转子间骨折的临床疗效。方法:2007年10月至2010年11月,采用反置微创内固定系统治疗A3型股骨转子间骨折患者12例,男5例,女7例。年龄45～76岁,中位数65岁。左侧4例,右侧8例。按照股骨转子间骨折的AO分型:A3-1型5例,A3-2型4例,A3-3型3例。术后随访观察骨折愈合、并发症发生情况及患肢功能恢复情况。结果:所有患者均获得随访,随访时间10～24个月,中位数16个月。骨折均获得骨性愈合,愈合时间8～16周,中位数10周。均无肢体短缩、髋内翻畸形、钉板断裂及钢板松动等并发症发生。按自拟疗效标准评定疗效,本组优9例,良2 例,可1例。结论:采用反置微创内固定系统治疗A3型股骨转子间骨折,具有操作简单、固定牢固、并发症少等优点,值得临床推广使用。
