摘要:
目的:观察可塑性钛质钢板内固定结合人工骨植骨术治疗跟骨关节内骨折的临床疗效。方法:2004年6月至2010年6月,我们采用可塑性钛质钢板内固定结合人工骨植骨术治疗跟骨关节内骨折患者48例,其中男35例,女13例。年龄23～69岁,中位数38岁。按照跟骨骨折的Sanders分类:Ⅱ型11例,Ⅲ型22例,Ⅳ型15例。术后随访观察患肢功能恢复情况。结果:所有患者均获得随访,随访时间9～25个月,中位数17个月。按照Maryland足部评分标准评定疗效,优20例,良22例,可4例,差2例。结论:采用可塑性钛质钢板内固定结合人工骨植骨术治疗跟骨关节内骨折,具有固定牢固、安全可靠、可早期进行功能锻炼等优点,值得临床推广应用。
