摘要:
目的:探讨清宫正骨腰部练功法“摇椅势”的动作规范。方法:选择10位男性健康志愿者,经过统一培训后进行清宫正骨腰部练功法“摇椅势”动作锻炼。通过运动捕捉系统及分析软件提取志愿者完成该动作的运动学指标,通过分析、总结确定清宫正骨腰部练功法“摇椅势”的动作规范。结果:纳入的10位男性健康志愿者,年龄25~29岁,中位数26.5岁; 身高173~183 cm,中位数175.5 cm; 体质量指数20.53~23.96 kg·m-2,中位数22.5 kg·m-2。志愿者完成“摇椅势”的动作总时长为(6.21±1.57)s; 处于“抱膝位”时的头部垂直位移为(592.56±47.03)mm,膝部垂直位移为(329.00±49.78)mm,踝部垂直位移为(158.28±56.56)mm,腰部前屈角度为12.09°±4.35°,髋关节屈曲角度为49.13°±7.23°,膝关节屈曲角度为91.81°±10.24°; 在腰部屈曲阶段,志愿者头部垂直方向的线速度为(387.89±119.83)mm·s-1,头部屈曲角速度为(1.234±0.369)rad·s-1,腰部屈曲角速度为(0.129±0.047)rad·s-1,髋部屈曲角速度为(0.561±0.236)rad·s-1。结论:应用清宫正骨腰部练功法“摇椅势”动作锻炼时,动作应和缓,不可过急、过猛(时间不少于6 s); 抱膝时应尽量屈髋屈膝(髋关节屈曲不少于45°,膝关节屈曲90°),保持头部最高、膝关节次之、踝关节最低,侧面观时头、膝、踝三点近似处在同一直线的状态,脊柱成弧形。
Abstract:
Objective:To explore the norms of the rocking-chair postural motion in the Qinggong Zhenggu(清宫正骨,QGZG)lumbar exercises.Methods:Ten healthy male volunteers were selected and instructed to perform the rocking-chair postural QGZG lumbar exercises after a unified training.The kinematic indexes of volunteers performing the motion were extracted by using a motion capture system with the built-in analysis software,and the norms of rocking-chair postural QGZG lumbar exercises were determined through analyzing and summarizing the collected kinematic indexes.Results:The volunteers,between the ages of 25 and 29(Median=26.5 yrs),ranged in body height from 173 to 183 cm(Median=175.5 cm)and body mass index from 20.53 to 23.96 kg/m(2)(Median=22.5 kg/m(2)).The total duration for the volunteers to finish the rocking-chair postural motion was 6.21±1.57 seconds.The vertical displacements of the head,knee and ankle were 592.56±47.03,329.00±49.78,and 158.28±56.56 mm,respectively; and the lumbar anteflexion angle,hip flexion angle and knee flexion angle were 12.09±4.35,49.13±7.23,and 91.81±10.24 degrees respectively when the volunteers being in the knee-holding position.In the lumbar flexion stage,the linear velocity of the head in the vertical direction was 387.89±119.83 mm/s,and the head,lumbar and hip flexion angular velocities were 1.234±0.369,0.129±0.047,and 0.561±0.236 rad/s,respectively.Conclusion:The rocking-chair postural motion should be gentle and slow,not too hurried or vigorous(with a duration of no less than 6 seconds)when doing the QGZG lumbar exercises.Flex the hips and knees as much as possible(with hip flexion for no less than 45 degrees and knee flexion of 90 degrees)when holding the knees,and keeping the head in the highest position,the knee next,and the ankle lowest; furthermore,the head,knee,and ankle should be approximately in a straight line with the spine keeping arc-shaped when viewed from the side.
