摘要:
Ⅱ型齿突骨折发生于齿突基底部,多为不稳定性骨折。临床上多采用手术治疗Ⅱ型齿突骨折,但手术方式的选择尚存在争议。后路寰枢椎非融合内固定治疗Ⅱ型齿突骨折,通过二期手术拆除钉棒系统,进而保留上颈椎的生理和运动功能。随着患者对颈椎活动功能和生活质量需求的提高,后路寰枢椎非融合内固定逐渐被用于Ⅱ型齿突骨折的治疗,并成为新的研究热点。为提高临床医生对后路寰枢椎非融合内固定治疗Ⅱ型齿突骨折的认识,本文概述了Ⅱ型齿突骨折的临床表现及分型,从后路寰枢椎非融合内固定治疗Ⅱ型齿突骨折的适应证、优势、内固定物取出时机、临床疗效以及后路寰枢椎非融合内固定在老年Ⅱ型齿突骨折治疗中的应用等方面对其研究进展进行了综述。
