摘要:
非特异性腰痛临床较为常见,核心稳定训练是其新疗法,可以有效缓解腰部疼痛症状。核心稳定训练治疗非特异性腰痛,主要通过增强核心区稳定性来达到治疗目的。本文对核心稳定训练进行了概述,并对其治疗非特异性腰痛的临床疗效及作用机制进行了综述。
