摘要:
前外侧韧带(anterolateral ligament,ALL)被认为是膝关节前外侧的稳定结构,有限制胫骨内旋和前移的作用。目前,关于ALL的研究逐渐增多,但大多数研究局限于ALL的解剖学和生物力学方面,而对于ALL损伤诊治方面的研究较少。为了进一步了解ALL损伤的诊治进展,本文从ALL的解剖特点和生物学特性以及ALL损伤的诊断方法、治疗方法和手术适应证4个方面进行了综述。
