摘要:
同种异体软骨移植作为一种新兴的治疗方法,主要用于重建关节中的软骨结构。低温保存技术作为该疗法实施过程中的一项关键技术,可以保持同种异体软骨结构完整及软骨细胞活性直至移植。低温保存介质、低温保存的时间及移植软骨的体积等因素均会对同种异体软骨低温保存的效果产生影响,最终影响同种异体软骨移植的疗效。本文从同种异体软骨组织低温保存技术的应用现状和同种异体软骨低温保存的影响因素2个方面对该技术的研究进展进行了综述。
