摘要:
Constant-Murley肩关节评分量表是由Christopher Constant 和Alan Murley于1986年设计的,主要应用于肩关节相关疾病严重程度的评估。该量表具有良好的信度和效度,已经被跨文化翻译成多种语言版本,并经过详细的检测,广泛应用于临床。该量表在国内也应用较多,但此前应用的中文版Constant-Murley肩关节评分量表多是对原量表的简单翻译,并没有考虑到语言文化差异,在一些条目上不能真实反映原版量表的内涵。我们按照美国矫形外科医师协会的指南对该量表进行了翻译与检验,研制了中文版Constant-Murley肩关节评分量表。检验结果表明,我们研制的中文版Constant-Murley肩关节评分量表具有良好的信度和效度,适合以汉语为母语的临床医生和科研工作者使用。
