摘要:
目的:探讨冷冻消融术在骨与软组织肿瘤治疗中的应用价值。方法:2012年12月至2015年10月,在12例骨与软组织肿瘤患者的治疗中应用了冷冻消融术。男6例,女6例; 年龄13～73岁,中位数51岁。骨转移瘤4例,CT引导下行冷冻消融术。原发肿瘤8例,显露肿瘤病灶,冷冻消融后,良性肿瘤者,刮除肿瘤,骨水泥填塞瘤腔; 恶性肿瘤者,广泛切除肿瘤,根据骨质破坏情况进行骨水泥填塞、人工假体置换等相应处理。随访观察肿瘤复发、肢体功能恢复及并发症发生情况。结果:本组12例患者均获随访,随访时间3～28个月,中位数18.5个月。右股骨近端胰腺低分化腺癌骨转移1例,术后3个月因肿瘤复发死亡; 右肱骨上段神经鞘瘤1例,术后6个月肿瘤复发,再次病理诊断为透明细胞肉瘤,广泛切除肿瘤后行人工肩关节置换术,术后肩关节功能恢复; 其余10例患者随访期内未见肿瘤复发,肢体功能恢复良好。均无神经、血管损伤等并发症发生。结论:在骨与软组织肿瘤的治疗中应用冷冻消融术,有利于控制肿瘤复发,恢复肢体功能,且安全性高。
