摘要:
动物模型是动物实验研究的关键因素,构建适宜的椎间盘退变动物模型是开展中医药治疗椎间盘退变性疾病研究的重要环节。本文对椎间盘退变动物模型和中医证候动物模型的特点及构建方法进行了论述,并从动物选择、造模方法及模型评价等方面对椎间盘退变病证结合动物模型的构建进行探讨,以期为构建适宜中医药研究的椎间盘退变动物模型提供思路。
