摘要:
膝骨关节炎是一种常见的慢性骨关节疾病,主要表现为膝关节不同程度的疼痛和功能障碍,严重影响患者的健康状况和生活质量。运动干预在膝骨关节炎防治中的应用越来越广泛,力量训练、拉伸训练、本体感觉训练、有氧运动、关节活动范围训练以及肌肉链、运动模式和姿势控制等整体训练均有助于膝骨关节炎的防治。但现有的运动干预方案在个性化、规范化及安全性方面有还待于进一步加强。
