摘要:
膝关节镜微创手术治疗技术出现于20世纪初期,与关节置换术和骨折内固定术并列,为20世纪骨科3大重要技术进展之一。膝关节镜技术在膝关节损伤手术治疗中的广泛应用不仅促进了微创膝关节外科的迅速发展,带动了骨科其他领域微创技术的发展。本文详细介绍了膝关节前交叉韧带断裂后关节镜下重建、膝关节软骨损伤的关节镜手术、膝关节滑膜病变的关节镜下滑膜全切除术、髌股关节紊乱的关节镜手术及膝关节半月板损伤的关节镜手术,对膝关节损伤的关节镜手术治疗进行了比较全面的述评。
