摘要:
经皮椎体后凸成形术作为一种脊柱微创手术,具有创伤小、操作简便、手术安全性高等诸多优点,在治疗骨质疏松压缩性骨折方面,可以尽可能地提高生活质量,更快地恢复身体机能及缓解疼痛,尽可能恢复椎体高度和矫正后凸畸形,降低死亡率。同时我们还要认识到手术本身的风险和术后并发症等问题。关于经皮球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术止痛的机制、骨水泥的用量、手术部位血肿形成、肺栓塞、骨水泥的渗漏、继发椎体骨折等问题,至今仍然存在诸多争议。
