摘要:
目的:观察切开复位内固定术与关节融合术治疗陈旧性Lisfranc损伤的临床疗效。方法:2006—2011年,分别采用切开复位 内固定术与关节融合术治疗陈旧性Lisfranc损伤患者22例,男15例,女7例。年龄24～57岁,中位数33.5岁。左足9例,右足13例。 足部均有不同程度的肿痛,其中避痛性跛行18例,与健侧相比足弓塌陷7例。根据Hardcastle的分型方法:A型3例; B型16例,其中 B1型6例,B2型10例; C1型3例。术后随访观察并发症发生情况及患足功能恢复情况。结果:21例患者获得随访,随访时间6～44个 月,中位数19.5个月; 1例失访。无内固定断裂、再骨折脱位等并发症发生,关节融合均获得成功。根据美国足与踝关节协会中部 足功能评分标准评定疗效,本组优5例,良12例,可2例,差2例。结论:采用切开复位内固定术与关节融合术治疗陈旧性Lisfranc损 伤均能获得满意的疗效,值得临床推广应用。
