摘要:
目的:观察丹桂五虫散治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将70例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为丹桂五虫散治疗组和根痛平颗粒对照组,每组各35例,以每组患者治疗前后主要症状、体征作为观察指标,进行临床疗效观察和对比。结果:丹桂五虫散能明显改善神经根型颈椎病患者颈臂疼痛、肢体麻木症状及椎间孔挤压体征,并且临床疗效明显优于对照组。结论:丹桂五虫散能有效地改善神经根型颈椎病患者临床症状及体征,改善生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective:To observe the effect of Dan Gui Wu Chong San in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR).Methods:A total of 70 patients with CSR were enrolled and randomly divided into Dan Gui Wu Chong San experimental group(n=35)and Gen Tong Ping control group(n=35).To make Clinical Observation and comparision by use the main symptoms and signs of before and after treatment as main outcome mersurers.Results:Dan Gui Wu Chong San can Obviously improve pain of neck and arms、limbs numbness、intervertebral foraminal extrusion sign of.Conclusion:Dan Gui Wu Chong San can effectively improved the clinical symptoms and signs of cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy patients,and improve quality of life.
