摘要:
目的:探讨手法结合微创撬拨复位外固定架固定治疗关节面塌陷的桡骨远端骨折的临床疗效和安全性。方法:采用手法结 合微创撬拨复位外固定架固定治疗关节面塌陷的桡骨远端骨折患者15例,男6例,女9例。年龄27～78岁,中位数62岁。车祸伤2例, 坠跌伤12例,撞击伤1例。受伤至手术时间1～4 d,中位数2 d。术前CT平扫显示,所有患者均有不同程度的桡骨远端关节面塌陷。 术后随访观察骨折愈合、患肢功能恢复及并发症发生情况。结果:15例患者均获随访,随访时间6～12个月,中位数10个月。骨折 均在16周内愈合,未发生钉道感染、骨折不愈合及畸形愈合等并发症。按改良Shea法评定疗效,优8例、良4例、可3例。结论:手 法结合微创撬拨复位外固定架固定治疗关节面塌陷的桡骨远端骨折,可使关节面获得解剖复位,防止骨折断端短缩,而且具有创伤 小、费用低的优势,值得临床推广应用。
