摘要:
目的:探讨腰椎曲度与退变性腰椎滑脱的相关性。方法:在136例退变性腰椎滑脱症患者的X线片上测量其腰椎矢状面Cobb's角、Taillard指数、腰椎前突指数、腰椎侧凸Cobb's角,采用Spearman相关分析法评价腰椎矢状面Cobb's角与Taillard指数、腰椎前突指数、腰椎侧凸Cobb's角的相关性。结果:退变性腰椎滑脱症患者腰椎矢状面Cobb's角与腰椎侧凸Cobb's角呈正相关(r=0.436,P=0.000); 腰椎矢状面Cobb's角与Taillard指数、腰椎前突指数之间无明显相关性(r=0.009,P=0.914; r=0.032,P=0.710)。结论:退变性腰椎滑脱症患者腰椎矢状面Cobb's角与腰椎侧凸Cobb's角存在正相关性。
Abstract:
Objective:To analyse the correlations between the lumbar vertebrae curvature and degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis(DLS).Methods:The Cobb's angles of lumbar sagittal plane,taillard indexs,indexs of lumbar vertebrae lordosis and the Cobb's angles of lumbar vertebrae scoliolosis were measured on the X-ray films of 136 patients with DLS,then the correlations between Cobb's angles of lumbar sagittal plane and taillard indexs,indexs of lumbar vertebrae lordosis and the Cobb's angles of lumbar vertebrae scoliolosis were evaluated through Spearman correlation analysis.Results:The Cobb's angles of lumbar sagittal plane in patients with DLS was positively correlated with the Cobb's angles of lumbar vertebrae scoliolosis(r=0.436,P=0.000); While the Cobb's angles of lumbar sagittal plane was not correlated with the indexs of taillard and lumbar vertebrae lordosis(r=0.009,P=0.914; r=0.032,P=0.710).Conclusion:There is a positive correlation between the Cobb's angles of lumbar sagittal plane and the Cobb's angles of lumbar vertebrae scoliolosis in patients with DLS.
