摘要:
目的:观察关节镜下内固定术治疗胫骨平台骨折的疗效。方法:共收治胫骨平台骨折25例,SchatzkerⅠ型9例,Ⅱ型8例,Ⅲ型8例,均在关节镜下进行复位和固定。结果:经4～20个月随访,按照Lysholm膝关节评分标准评定,25例平均91.5分,膝关节活动度平均115°。结论:关节镜下内固定术具有创伤小,复位准确,是治疗胫骨平台骨折的有效方法。
