摘要:
目的:比较直型锁定重建钢板和普通重建钢板治疗锁骨中段移位骨折的临床结果。方法: 回顾性分析了接受切开复位钢板 内固定手术治疗97例单侧孤立的闭合性锁骨中段移位骨折(Edinburgh 2B型)患者的随访资料,其中37例采用直型锁定重建钢板固 定,60例采用直型普通重建钢板固定。术后门诊规律随访,比较两组在内植物失效和肩关节功能方面的差异。结果:锁定钢板组随 访6~12个月,普通钢板组随访6~12个月。锁定钢板组有4例(10.8%)钢板断裂。普通钢板组1例(1.7%)钢板断裂,1例(1.7%)发生 螺钉松动。断板率两者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分锁定钢板组82~95分; 普通钢板 组83~97分。两组疗效相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:文献回顾结合我们的临床结果,我们不推荐使用直型锁定钢板 固定锁骨中段移位骨折。
