摘要:
目的:观察调脊手法治疗腰椎侧隐窝狭窄症的疗效。方法:选择腰椎侧隐窝狭窄症患者86例,随机分为观察组和对照组,观 察组43例采用调脊手法治疗,对照组43例采用王氏推拿疗法。两组治疗时间与次数均相同,治疗结束后评定两组疗效。结果:观察 组治疗次数少于对照组(χ2=9.422,P﹤0.001),临床疗效观察组优于对照组(Z=-3.855,P<0.001),差异有统计学 意义。结论:调脊手法治疗腰椎侧隐窝狭窄症疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。
Abstract:
Objective:To observe the curative effect of maneuver on spine adjustment for the treatment of lumbar lateral recess stenosis.Methods:86 cases of lumbar lateral recess stenosis patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.43 cases in the observation group were treated with spine chiropractic adjustment.43 cases in the control group were treated with Wang-shi Manipulation.The time and number of treatment for the two groups were the same.The curative effects were evaluated after the treatment.Results:The data of the two groups were analyzed statistically(SPSS17.0 for windows).The treatment times of observation group were less than that of control group(X2=9.422,P﹤0.001).The curative effect of observation group was better than that of control group(Z=-3.855,P<0.001).There was statistical difference between the two groups.Conclusion:The method of spine chiropractic adjustment for the treatment of lumbar lateral recess stenosis has an exact curative effect,and it is worth popularizing in the clinic.
