摘要:
目的:探讨血清NO水平与老年男性骨质疏松症发病的关系。方法:对符合要求的32例老年男性骨质疏松症患者(骨质疏松组)和31例老年男性非骨质疏松症患者(非骨质疏松组)进行骨密度和血清NO含量检测,分析血清NO水平与老年男性骨密度的关系。结果:骨质疏松组血清NO水平明显低于非骨质疏松组,差异有统计学意义(t=19.323,P=0.000)。结论:血清NO在男性骨质疏松症的发病中起重要作用。
Abstract:
Objective:To explore the relationship between serum nitric oxide(NO)level and morbility of osteoporosis(OP)in older men.Methods:32 older male patients with osteoporosis(OP group)and 31 older male patients without osteoporosis(non-OP group)were administrated with detection of bone mineral density(BMD)and serum NO content,and the relationship between serum NO level and BMD of older men was analyzed.Results:Serum NO level of patients in OP group was lower than that of patients in non-OP group obviously and there was statistical difference between the 2 groups(t=19.323,P=0.000).Conclusion:Serum NO plays an important role in the morbility of male osteoporosis.
