摘要:
目的:探讨颈椎间孔阻滞为主治疗颈源性肩关节周围炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例颈源性肩关节周围炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组给予颈椎牵引加肩部功能锻炼,治疗组在颈椎间孔阻滞联合肩部手法治疗的基础上,予以颈椎牵引加肩部功能锻炼。观察两组治疗前后VAS评分数和肩关节活动度。结果:两组患者疼痛较治疗前都有明显减轻,VAS评分明显降低(P<0.05),但治疗组较对照组疗效更佳(P<0.05 ); 治疗组在改善肩关节活动度方面的疗效也明显优于对照组(P<0.05 )。结论:颈椎间孔阻滞为主治疗颈源性肩关节周围炎疗效满意,效果确切。
Abstract:
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of cervical.Methods:60 cases of cervical periarthritis of shoulder were randomly divided into two groups, which were control group(cervical traction and shoulder functional exercise)and treatment group(shoulder manipulation treatment after intervertebral foramen block, cervical traction and shoulder functional exercise),and were observed by Visual Analougue Scale(VAS)and shoulder activity degree.Results:After treatment, both group experienced marked pain relief,and had a significantly reduced VAS(P<0.05).And after four weeks follow up, treatment group shows much better results than control one.(P<0.05). Treatment group has a better efficacy in improving limited shoulder range of motion than that in control one(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cervical periarthritis of shoulder treated mainly with intervertebral foramen block has a good efficacy.
