摘要:
肩峰下撞击综合征(subacromial impingement syndrome,SIS)是肩关节病变中最为常见的疾患。目前治疗SIS的方法主要分为手术与非手术两大类,因手术具有创伤性,非手术疗法深受广大患者的青睐。但临床上采用非手术疗法治疗该病时,大多重视对肩袖肌群和后侧肩胛带肌的治疗,而忽略了对肩胛骨前方喙突区域的治疗,这可能是导致非手术治疗效果不佳或易复发的原因之一。喙突上附着的3块肌肉和4条韧带出现异常,都可能会影响肱骨、肩胛骨和锁骨的正常运动,从而导致SIS的发生。本文就附着于喙突的肌肉和韧带对SIS的影响进行了总结,旨在引起临床医生对喙突区域的重视。
