摘要:
弹簧韧带(spring ligament,SL)即跟舟足底韧带,国外文献称之为“弹簧韧带复合体”,是维持足内侧纵弓稳定的重要结构,其损伤可导致足纵弓丢失以及足外展畸形。SL损伤的治疗作为平足症矫形手术的补充,能够有效减少距舟关节半脱位,在恢复足弓的同时减少骨性手术的需求及相关并发症。为提高临床医师对SL损伤的认识,本文从SL的解剖特点、SL损伤的诊断及治疗3个方面,对SL损伤的研究进展进行了综述。
