摘要:
胫骨平台后内侧骨折属关节内骨折,损伤机制复杂,治疗起来较为棘手,因此选择合理的治疗方案显得尤为重要。目前手术仍是临床治疗胫骨平台后内侧骨折最有效的方法,但哪种内固定方法才是治疗此类骨折的最佳方法尚存较大争议。本文从胫骨平台后内侧骨折的损伤机制、特点、治疗、手术入路、手术时机5个方面对胫骨平台后内侧骨折的研究进展进行了综述,以期提高临床医师对胫骨平台后内侧骨折的认识。
